Welcome to the Dubai AOC family, Drukair – Royal Bhutan Airlines 🇧🇹🤝🇦🇪

The Dubai Airline Operators Committee (AOC) is pleased to welcome Drukair Corporation Limited, the national airline of the Kingdom of Bhutan, as our newest member—strengthening connectivity between Dubai and one of the world’s most unique aviation destinations: Paro (PBH).

With the launch of twice-weekly services linking Dubai (DXB) and Paro (PBH), Drukair is opening a valuable new corridor for leisure, business, and cultural exchange between Bhutan and the UAE, while also expanding travel options for the wider region.

We were honored to have Drukair welcomed into the AOC by Shabab Attarzadeh, Chairman of Dubai Airline Operators Committee , and to present the membership certificate to Mrs. Chonying Dorji , Station Manager – Drukair Dubai, by Binish Vasudevan, Treasurer of Dubai AOC, alongside Sagar Hemnani, Dubai AOC Executive Board Member.

This marks another first for the Dubai AOC—welcoming an airline that connects Dubai to Bhutan’s iconic Paro gateway, further reflecting Dubai’s role as a truly global aviation hub and an enabler of new, meaningful routes.
